Proving Patrols is a twice-weekly, optional attendance mini event to promote roleplay activity amungst guildmembers of the Kor'kron Legion.
The goal of Proving Patrols is to create something for guildmembers to learn to work together as a team, make appropriate-to-rank decisions and form roleplay bonds with each other without requiring the supervision and chaperoning of a Leader or Officer present to coordinate.
This is not an event you may invite friends to. Proving Patrols are for Kor'kron Legion members only.
As an optional attendance event, you will not be required to always make it to one. These are solely to promote roleplay if it's a slow night.
Participation in this event does count towards favor of potentially being promoted in the future.
Every Tuesday & Friday, 7PM Server Time at designated patrol route starts.
Designated locations are found on the in-game calendar event announcement.
Soliders who take part in Proving Patrols when a Leader or Officer isn't present will be acting on limited “Assumed Orders.”
“Assumed Orders” is exactly how it sounds. Soldiers assume they've been ordered to go an patrol a specific area on Kalimdor and perform tasks to ensure the security of the area has not been breached by the Alliance or other opposing forces.
For example:
